What you send us
Our forms collect contact details, vehicle and damage information, job location, appointment preferences, fleet details and the photos you choose to upload. We use these to assess your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange work and communicate with you. Please avoid including people, documents or unrelated personal information in photos.
Photos and appointments
Photos are processed into JPEG images, resized and stripped of embedded metadata before storage. Images are available only through the authenticated private inbox, rather than public links. A photograph does not establish that a vehicle is safe to drive. Requested appointments remain subject to assessment and confirmation.
Why the details are needed
Information needed to prepare a quote and take steps towards a service is processed for that purpose. Security and abuse prevention protect the service. The business must confirm its lawful bases and controller responsibilities before launch. Acknowledging this notice does not sign you up to marketing.
Storage and retention
This preview stores submissions and photographs on the local server. No automatic emails or marketing messages are sent. Before launch, the business must select its hosting and backup providers, publish a justified retention period and implement its deletion schedule. Unsuccessful enquiries should not be kept indefinitely. The private inbox supports deletion of enquiries and their associated images.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields blank and send a description instead of photos. Contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and external photography
There are no advertising or analytics cookies in this preview. The private administration area uses an essential session cookie. Public stock photos load from Unsplash’s image service, which receives standard connection data such as your IP address. A production deployment can self-host the licensed images instead.
Address suggestions
When address lookup is enabled, the address text you type is sent to Ideal Postcodes to find matching UK addresses. Selecting a result retrieves its full address and postcode. You can enter your address manually if suggestions are unavailable. Your name, contact details and damage photos are not sent to the address provider.
